Lost but Found …

Beloved–

Fear of the Lord leads to life, bringing security and protection from harm.  (from Proverbs)

No matter the calamities of life, putting my life in the hands of the Lord, I do not suffer the anxiety of the unknown as I once did as an unbeliever.  Don’t misunderstand, I question, but peace of mind comes quickly the more I study his word. I pray for you to dedicate more time in his word and get to know our triune God.

Luv Ya!

Reflections

Beloved–

For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ.  (from 1 Corinthians)

Whatever, my thoughts or actions good or bad are a reflection on my master, the Lord Jesus Christ.  He paid my debt I couldn’t pay and “has my back” everyday. I pray for you to be aware of his presence in your life. Let us praise the God who is . . . Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

Hope

Beloved–

Unless the Lord had helped me, I would soon have settled in the silence of the grave.  I cried out, “I am slipping!” but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me. When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer. (from Psalms)

Doing things in my own strength and wisdom creates more confusion; trusting and waiting on the Lord’s timing is always best.  Easier said than done! I pray for you to trust in the God who is . . . Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

Alone ?

Beloved–

King David said this about him: ‘I see that the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. No wonder my heart is glad, and my tongue shouts his praises!  My body rests in hope.’ (from Acts)

In the midst of calamity and chaos I know who has my back.  What grieves my soul is those who have given their hearts to the Lord, don’t realize that they are not alone.  I pray for you to always remember, once you are his, he never lets go.

Luv Ya!

IWOT .2

Beloved–

Get the truth and never sell it; also get wisdom, discipline, and good judgment. (from Proverbs)

Wednesdays!  You wouldn’t believe how Wednesdays have become a day of commotion and even chaos. The truth is, even if you get wisdom, self discipline, and good judgement (aka:usually being right), the enemy’s attack never ceases.  The LORD Reigns !! I pray for you to see the LIGHT even in your darkest hour.

Luv Ya!

IWOT!

Beloved–

A wise person is hungry for knowledge, while the fool feeds on trash.  The Lord detests the way of the [fool] wicked, but he loves those who pursue godliness.  (from Proverbs)

The deeper and longer I read and study God’s word, the more I realize, I spend more time in folly than in understanding and wisdom.  I pray for you to really get to know, love and understand the God who is . . . Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

I wanted it my way

Beloved–

Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment. (from Proverbs)

If you want to get to know someone, you need to spend time with them and get to know their interests.  When I first met Jesus, I was consumed with having things my own way.

Reading the word and spending time with people who knew him, taught me that, his way was best for my life.  I learned that he will solve your problem or change your way of thinking. I pray for you to put your life in the hands of the God who is . . . Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

He Came!

Beloved–

The one who is the true light . . . He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. (from the book of John)

He Came!!   Let us pray that, we may see the LORD’s hand of blessing on our lives in the New Year!  Forgiving: can only be done with faith. Faith: comes from hearing and testing. Belief: comes from faith. Knowledge of God: is needed to strengthen our faith.

Luv Ya!

I was without internet access and housebound for the last 6 days of 2018; hence this late delivery of my wishes for a Happy New Year.

M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S !

Beloved–

So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness.  And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.  (from the book of John)

Good News!  God kept his word!  Praise be to God from whom ALL BLESSINGS flow; even those that don’t appear to be a blessing.  I pray for you to trust our triune God in all circumstances.

Luv Ya!

Peace

Beloved–

And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.  (from Genesis)

Good News!  The Messiah is coming!  The God who is . . . Father, Son and Holy Spirit always keeps his promises.  I pray for you to keep this knowledge in mind as we go through this season of “hustle and bustle” looking for joy.

Luv Ya!
