With a trustworthy anchor such as this, knowing that God can not lie, that I can enter the holy of hollies because of what my savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, has done for me. What a blessed assurance from the God who is …. Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

I can remember, as a new believer, rearranging my schedule so I could make time to read my Bible.  Am I turning away from God when I take my first few minutes to check the weather, my emails and facebook on my handy tablet, instead of choosing those first few minutes to read his word on that same handy tablet?  Pray for me to ALWAYS put thee Almighty first. As a young practicing believer I examine my previous life choices and decided what my future behavior and thought processes would/should be.   Many things were easily discarded; others had no apparent remedy. Then I learned that the Lord will either fix the mess I’m in or change the way I think about the mess.
