Beloved–

Blessed are those who fear to do wrong,  but the stubborn are headed for serious trouble (from Proverbs)

Reaching the “pit of despair” I cried out to the Lord my Shepherd; he answered before I had dried my tears.  Because of my stiff neck of pride and coward’s heart the Lord  allowed me to dig several more “Pits” before I was able to see that I was standing outside of the sheepfold. Sheep always need a Shepherd, where there is no guide the enemy always wins.  I pray for you to desire to seek the shelter of the sheepfold so that you will have peace of mind and heart. Always praising the Lord God Almighty!

Luv Ya!

Beloved–

The Lord is my shepherd … I am the good shepherd, I am the door of the sheep … I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.  (from the Bible)

At age 26 I “found Jesus.”  I use the term “found” loosely.  My prideful heart and I “CAN FIX” any problem attitude kept me from the abundant life he promised in his word. What I have learned is to ignore the enemy’s clanging cymbals, bells and whistles and listen carefully for the whispering of the Holy Spirit.  Always praising the God who is … Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

In the beginning

Beloved–

But as for me, I shall sing of Your strength; Yes, I shall joyfully sing of Your lovingkindness in the morning, For You have been my stronghold And a refuge in the day of my distress.  (from Psalms)

I was exposed to the gospel message from the approximate age of 3 until at age 26 when I finally, frantically cried out to the Lord Jesus Christ. The enemy’s constant chanting at my pride caused me to reach the pit of despair. Then the Lord reached down and strengthened my faith; as I cried out he answered me.  I pray for you to desire to be aware of how much Jesus loves you.  Always praising the Lord God Almighty!

Luv Ya!

Celebrating

Even when I walk through the darkest valley,  I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me.  Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me …  Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever …  (from Psalms)

Praise the God who is … Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Praise God the Father who willingly gave his only beloved son to be the sacrificial lamb.

Praise God the Son who shed his blood on Calvary’s tree to pay my debt of sin.

Praise God the Holy Spirit who by his power defeated death raising Jesus Christ to life.

Allowing me to know that even when sorrow comes in the night as I say adieu to a beloved family member,

I know JOY WILL COME in the morning.

CELEBRATE!

Celebrate the life of my friend Katy.  I met Katy when I moved into her neighborhood; she wrapped her arms around my family, showing us where to find the best cuts of meat and the freshest bread.  She always had a smile and oh could she sing, even when we moved away from each other she would call and sing to me.  She was a believer; she knew that the blood shed on Calvary’s tree by her savior, Jesus Christ, was the ransom needed to pay her debt of sin, covering her in His righteousness.  She always sheltered in the Most High so that she could abide in the shadow of the Heavenly Father, God Almighty. Today, the shadow has lifted and she can see her savior face-to-face!  Weeping may come in the night but JOY comes in the morning!
