You too, can know …

Beloved–

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.  And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. (from Romans)

I gained my salvation by believing that, God the Father took the death of his son, Jesus Christ, on the cross as payment for my debt of sin.  I have learned that the best place to find peace of mind is at the foot of that cross; my arms wrapped around, and holding on tight. I pray for you, that you too, can call out to Jesus to hold you tight.  Praising the God who is … Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

King of Kings

Beloved–

From then on Jesus began to preach, “Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.  (from Matthew)

Sometimes I forget that, King Jesus is sitting on his throne and is in complete control.  And as I repent of my pride even his discipline is awesome and sweet to the soul. My blessings continue to flow.  I pray for you to know my sweet Jesus — the God who is … Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

Am I?

Beloved–

You have patiently suffered for me without quitting. “But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love me or each other as you did at first!  (from Revelation)

*Am I getting a new perspective on how I see people?

*Am I following my mission of reconciliation?

*Am I representing Jesus and His kingdom well?

*Am I keeping everything in perspective in light of the cross and Jesus’ sacrifice for me?

I listened to the new senior pastor of Sweetwater Community church ask the above 4 questions of the congregation.  As I sat there taking notes I realized that, I had become complacent rather than passionate about the mission I had chosen when I received my salvation.  I pray for you to never fail to be overwhelmed by the awesome God who is … Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

Luv Ya!

IWOT!

Beloved–

… Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding.  Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding.  (from Proverbs)

Why has the Lord allowed me to paint myself into a corner— to be able to recognize how I got there.  Is it the consequences of my own sinful folly; is the enemy attacking, or is the God who is … Father, Son, and Holy Spirit blessing me?  I pray for you to be joyful, too.

Luv Ya!
