When I came up out of the waters of baptism I was elated with the joy of knowing that I would never be alone again.  I forgot the dead part; I was a new creature but my sin nature was dead and buried and without power.

I pray for you daily to remember that your sin nature is dead to you and you are alive to and belong to the God who is … Father, Son and the Holy Spirit!
